Due to the instantaneous nature of digital product delivery (software licenses, API access, downloadable tools), all purchases of digital products are final at the point of download or access grant.
Consultancy Services
Consultancy retainers and project fees are non-refundable after work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund minus a processing fee may be issued at Hashlilly's discretion.
Subscription Services
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at Hashlilly's discretion, minus any discounts applied at purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email tech.hashlilly@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
